I have car made by Mercedes Benz that no shop in town has parts on hand for. I spoke to Gunnar and Brenden on a few occasions about work that needed to be done on my Smart car. Weeks later i went to the shop in Sun City West and i probably won't bring my car ANYWHERE but there from now on! So, i called for a fairly easy brake service, easy right? Other shops quoted me hundreds more dollars and could not do work until a week or two out. These guys not only were passionate enough about their work to get me better equipment, but also called Mercedes Benz themselves to check the best options on my vehicle. I brought my car in and Gunnar dropped me off at a local place to grab lunch. Previous experience (from other shops) told me that my car would be there for a few hours sitting on a lift with no work being done. Nope, i had a 30 minute lunch and they actually called me and picked me up to get my vehicle! Then, hours later i received a text message asking how the installed equipment was performing? Which was awesome! I HIGHLY recommend this place as a customer and as a person that works in the hospitality industry!
